Leadership

RTX is led by a team with deep experience navigating the complexities of land development across Central Texas. Known for seeing opportunity where others see constraints, the team brings the judgment, discipline and follow-through required to move projects from concept to completion.

From entitlements and infrastructure to partnerships and execution, leadership remains closely involved at every stage — ensuring decisions are thoughtful, accountable and aligned with long-term outcomes.

Randy Rollo

President

Randy Rollo, President

Randy Rollo’s more than 45 years in real estate span executive homebuilding leadership, land acquisition, entitlement and community development. Before founding a land development operation in 2012, he served as a division president, regional president and custom homebuilding executive for public and private companies. As president of Randolph Texas Development, Randy sets the company’s vision, evaluates opportunities and draws on four decades of Central Texas knowledge and industry relationships to guide long-term growth. His perspective connects market realities with the potential of the land. Randy and his wife, Reenie, have two sons, Grant and Will, who also hold leadership roles in the family-owned company.

Grant Rollo

Vice President

Grant Rollo, Vice President

Grant Rollo brings a strategic, regionwide perspective to complex land development. Since joining Randolph Texas in 2018, he has overseen more than 3,500 finished lots while leading initiatives that encompass legislative and municipal relations, utility evaluation and procurement, special district management, regional water and wastewater solutions and alternative financial structures. Prior to RTX, he managed more than 4 million square feet of commercial development in Houston. Grant serves on the board of the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin and as a HomePAC trustee. A Texas A&M graduate and former member of the Corps of Cadets and Ross Volunteer Company, he lives in Liberty Hill with his family.

Will Rollo

Will Rollo, Vice President

Will Rollo leads the work that moves Randolph Texas communities from entitlements through construction. As vice president, he oversees funding, design, engineering, construction and development management, coordinating with engineers, trade professionals, builders, project partners and investors. He has delivered more than $200 million in infrastructure and lot development across multiple markets. Before joining Randolph Texas, he oversaw development and construction at Highland Bridge, a large-scale urban infill redevelopment in St. Paul. His field and project management background grounds his leadership in the realities of execution. A Texas A&M University graduate, Will lives in Liberty Hill with his family.
