Development began in 2019 and continues today, with ongoing home construction on one-acre lots reinforcing a low-density approach aligned with the land.
Along the expanding northern edge of the Austin metro, Liberty Parke transformed a relatively open, moderately scaled tract into a connected residential community. The 145-acre master plan in Liberty Hill used the site’s open terrain to organize homes, infrastructure and amenities efficiently while maintaining a cohesive neighborhood structure.
