Lariat is a 688-acre master-planned community shaped by the scale and natural features of its Hill Country setting. Located just north of Austin, the community was planned with a framework designed to support long-term growth while remaining grounded in the region’s ranching heritage. Its name references the rope traditionally used to guide and manage livestock, connecting the community’s identity to the land and history that surround it. Development for this vibrant community began in 2021, and in 2025, Lariat was recognized by the Greater Austin Home Builders Association as Community of the Year.
Meyer Ranch embodies the character of its beginnings as a working cattle ranch.
