Lariat, a 688-acre master-planned community located in Liberty Hill, TX, broke ground in November 2021 and is currently being developed. The first phase of the Lariat community will feature over 1,000 homes. The homebuilders are Ashton Woods, Perry Homes, and Tri Pointe Homes. Model homes will be completed late next year, and the first homes will be ready for owners in early 2023. Ultimately, Lariat will comprise about 1,800 homes. Future amenities will consist of a 7-mile trail system, large pocket parks, a fishing pond and a covered community pavilion with a pool, playscape and splash pads.
